Weight Loss Update
I began a journey in July of 2010 to lose weight. My goal is to lose 106 pounds. I did not set a 'goal date.'
Here's the stats as of today.
July 2010: 236 (beginning weight)
October 2010: 213
April 2011: 211
Goal Weight: 130
Pounds to go: 81
Pounds lost to date: 25

Okay, I have SOOOOOO been down this road. Realize that slow weight loss is the BEST weight loss. It has been two years, I've lost 65 pounds and have 8 more to go. It CAN happen. It is all about lifestyle change. STick with it - you can DO it!
